How would I make BBQ pulled beef in a slow cooker?
I’m using diced Stewing beef
Sear the beef in a hot frying pan, do this in batches to stop it stewing.
Transfer to the slow cooker and add a couple of tablespoons of the barbecue sauce you made.
Top up with water to make a loose stock then cook for 6 hours.
Drain the beef away from the stock and shred.
Place into a saucepan with the remaining barbecue sauce and heat until the sauce is hot….
